Returns:
At White Rose Jewellers, we’re pleased to offer a 3 days return policy. Instead of refunds, you'll receive a credit note. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of ₹ 80. For missing or damaged products, please report the issue within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping on international returns.
To qualify for a return:
The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
Items must be in brand-new condition with all tags attached.
The original invoice, packaging, and tags must be intact.
The product must be free of any blemishes or defects.
All embellishments on the product must be in good condition.
Returns are not accepted if:
The return request is made after the 3 days window.
Any items from the original shipment are missing.
The product shows signs of misuse or damage.
The item has been used or opened unless it was damaged upon arrival.
Items received as part of a promotional package or with a free gift cannot be returned without the accompanying items.
Sale items or items purchased with a credit note are not eligible for return.
Any items returned without prior authorization.
White Rose Jewellers reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.
Return Process:
If you decide to return a product, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9978604853 immediately. Provide your order number, product details, and a brief reason for the return. All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and the required conditions must be met. Our Customer Care team will respond to your request within 3 days, and we will arrange for the item to be picked up.
Damage Policy:
If a product is found to be defective during manufacturing or shipping, we will provide a replacement. Please report any damages within 3 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are valid within 3 days of delivery. Products must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags attached. A ₹ 80 charge applies for reverse logistics and reshaping during exchanges. For exchange requests, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9978604853.
Customized Jewelry:
Orders for customized jewelry are non-returnable. However, if you receive a damaged item, please email us at whiterosejewellers53@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
